    The Buyer must inspect all Goods immediately on delivery.

    If any Goods are damaged or lost the Buyer must notify Nine Months Later within four days of the delivery of the Goods. Claims made outside this period will have no validity.

    The price quoted is exclusive of delivery charges, customs duties and all other taxes.

    Nine Months Later may at any time increase the price payable for the Goods by an amount equal to the increase in Nine Months Later costs in carrying out its obligations.

    Where delivery is by installments Nine Months Later shall be entitled to increase the price as stated in this clause in respect of any Goods undelivered at that time.

  • At this time, Nine Months Later ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Nine Months Later ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations unless stated otherwise. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    Goods shall be delivered by a method of transport Nine Months Later considers suitable to the address requested by the Buyer. Nine Months Later shall not be liable to the Buyer for any loss or damage whether direct indirect or consequential if it is delayed in part or in whole in delivering the Goods.

    Most products are available to ship in 2-5 business days. Certain products will ship directly from the manufacturer. You will be notified by email when your order had shipped. Custom orders placed may take 2-3 weeks for completion and 2 -5 days for shipping.     Freight Shipping for Oversized Merchandise/Furniture:
    Please review the following information to ensure a smooth delivery.

    Freight Services: If a specialized freight carrier is used to ship your item, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery time. Deliveries are typically scheduled within a four-hour window. Please note that the term "Delivery" does not typically include having the merchandise brought into your home, up stairs, unpacked or assembled. If you are in need of inside delivery and set up you may arrange for White Glove Service through most carriers. This service usually includes merchandise brought into your home and placed in the spot you like, unpacked and assembled. There may be an additional charge for White Glove Service, depending on the product, however most freight carriers offer this service and each company’s policies vary. Please let us know in advance if White Glove Service is best for you so we may quote and arrange it in advance.

    Freight Delivery Time: In most cases, you will be notified by the freight carrier directly when your order is ready to be shipped. Once your furniture is picked up from the manufacture, shipping generally runs 7-10 business days en route. The carrier will be instructed to call you ahead of time to set up a delivery time for residential deliveries. If you have not heard from the freight company within 10 days after pick up, please notify Nine Months Later and we will contact the company for your tracking number and provide you with their number for a delivery appointment.

    Freight Receipt & Damages: You must be present to receive, inspect and sign for your delivery. In case of shipping damage: We strongly urge you to inspect both the box and the merchandise immediately upon receipt. Please make note of any minor or major damage on the bill of lading before signing and in the driver’s presence. If damage is present on the outside of the box or package, ask the driver to wait while you inspect your furniture. Again, note any damage of the bill of lading before you sign. Please notify the freight company and Nine Months Later of the damage immediately. It is your responsibility to submit the claim to the shipping company to receive compensation. You are still responsible for the payment of all merchandise in the event of shipping damage, including the replacement cost of the damaged pieces. Nine Months Later cannot refund shipping or freight charges.

    Freight Payment Freight and delivery charges will be prepaid at time of purchase.

    Important: We can not return or exchange any merchandise that is personalized. Sale items also can not be returned regardless of the manufacturer and their normal returns policies.

If you received free shipping with your purchase, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will apply to replacement items. Insurance and tracking are recommended as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit to our return address.

    Nine Months Later reserves the right to cancel orders or refuse service to anyone at any time. We reserve the right to cancel orders for items that have been advertised at a wrong price, discounted rate, have incurred an unusually long back order time or have been discontinued.     Furniture & Custom Orders - All furniture and custom orders, or other made-to-order products require payment in full upon order. Because these items are to your specifications, Nine Months Later.com cannot accept returns or cancellations on these products and all sales will be final.

    Returns for Drop Ship Items:
    All drop ship items must be returned to the manufacturer at buyer expense within 10 days and will be subject to a 10-25% re-stocking fee based on the manufacture (unless otherwise stated). Drop ship items are any item that was shipped directly from the manufacture to the customer.

    Shipment Refusal:
    Customers who refuse to accept delivery of any order will be held responsible for all postage and handling fee's associated with the delivery.

    Returns & Exchanges on items that are Lost, Delayed or Damaged:
    Nine Months Later is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged items that are being returned. Please send all returns with insurance and delivery confirmation.

    Warranty Information:
    Nine Months Later upholds the warranties offered by the manufacturers who craft our products.

    If you are not 100% happy with your online purchase you have 14 days of the original purchase date to exchange the goods or obtain store credit no refunds will be given. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with the exchange. Please make sure that the goods have not been worn, washed, or damaged, and the manufacturer's original tags are still intact and attached to the garment. You must also make sure you have your receipt. The return packaging must be comparable to how you received the merchandise this ensures that the product is not compromised during the shipping process and a tracking number must be provided. If these shipping measures are not implemented we have the right to refuse the return or charge you a 15% restocking fee.
